A Dream Home Built with Craftsmanship, Integrity & Heart

We couldn’t be happier with the home Richard Holsclaw built for us on Brant Lake.

Building this house was a dream of ours for a long time, and Rich did an unbelievable job turning that dream into a reality. From the beginning, he understood what we were trying to create — a true Adirondack lake home that felt warm and rustic, but still had all of the features and finishes of a modern home. The finished product exceeded our expectations.

The craftsmanship and attention to detail throughout the house are incredible. From the stone fireplace and woodwork to the custom railings, kitchen, great room and all of the unique Adirondack touches, Rich took tremendous pride in every part of the project.

Just as important, Rich is someone you can trust. He is extremely honest, straightforward and stands behind his work. Anyone who has built a home knows how important that is. We always felt that Rich had our best interests in mind and cared about the finished home as much as we did.

Rich was a good friend before we started this project, and after going through the process of building an entire home with him, I can say that friendship only became stronger. That probably says as much about him as anything.

We are incredibly proud of our Brant Lake home and grateful to Rich for what he created for our family. It is a place we hope our family will enjoy for generations. I would recommend Richard Holsclaw without hesitation to anyone looking for a builder who combines craftsmanship, honesty, creativity and genuine pride in his work.

Thank you, Rich, for helping make our dream a reality.
