Turning Our Vision Into Something Extraordinary

Rich is the best builder around. He took our vision and turned it into something far

beyond our expectations. We are so lucky to live in a home that is both modern and

timeless. It’s everything we dreamed of and more. We would recommend Rich to

anyone – in fact, we already have!

We wanted a grand lake house with classic Adirondack lines and a great room for

gathering and for taking in the spectacular view up the lake to the Sagamore Resort,

which inspired the white color palate. Rich found a way to ensure that there are views of

the lake from every room in the house, including through a sliding barn door overlooking

the great room!

There were so many decisions to make, but Rich patiently guided us through the project

from the design phase to the final finishes. We challenged him a few times along the

way with on-the-fly changes, and he always seemed to make it happen with ease.

Rich’s attention to detail is what sets him apart and what makes our home truly special.

Every room shows off his skill and craftsmanship, from custom trim work and built-ins to

creative lighting solutions. The covered porch facing the lake is magnificent and one-of-

a-kind.

Rich’s talent is surpassed only by his character. He is reliable and trustworthy. Rest

assured that Rich cares as much about your project as you do (or more!) No cut corners

and no BS. You can count on Rich Holsclaw.
